At Apollo's Corner, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Items that have been used, washed, or altered
  • Perishable goods such as food or treats
  • Digital products or downloadable items
  • Gift cards

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@apolloscorner.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first — unauthorized returns may not be processed.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received a refund within 10 business days, please first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@apolloscorner.com.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange a defective item for the same product, please email us at support@apolloscorner.com with photos of the damage and your order number.

Wrong or Damaged Items

If you received the wrong item or your order arrived damaged, please contact us immediately at support@apolloscorner.com. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, defective product). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund.
