Thank you for shopping at Apollo's Corner. We are committed to getting your pet supplies to you as quickly and reliably as possible.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to all 50 US states including Alaska and Hawaii. At this time we do not ship internationally.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and your delivery location. The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $20 within the contiguous United States.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.
Delivery Issues
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please first check your tracking information. If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at support@apolloscorner.com and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. Apollo's Corner is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error in your address, contact us immediately at support@apolloscorner.com and we will do our best to update it before shipment.
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the damaged packaging and product and contact us at support@apolloscorner.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
