Thank you for shopping at Apollo's Corner. We are committed to getting your pet supplies to you as quickly and reliably as possible.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii. At this time we do not ship internationally.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Times & Rates
- Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days — cost calculated at checkout
- Expedited Shipping: 2–5 business days — cost calculated at checkout
Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and your delivery location, and are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50 within the contiguous United States.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.
Delivery Issues
If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, please first check your tracking. If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, contact us at apolloscorner2017@gmail.com and we will work with the carrier to resolve it.
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and product and contact us at apolloscorner2017@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
