This is the most expensive bed we stock, and we're not going to pretend otherwise. It's here for the dog who has destroyed three cheap beds, or the senior who now spends most of the day lying down and deserves better than foam that's already flat.

Sizing note: measure, don't weigh. Measure your dog curled up, nose to tail, and add a few inches. Weight is the wrong number for a bolster bed: the raised edge takes up room on every side, so the usable sleeping space is smaller than the outside measurement suggests. Between two sizes, go up.

If it arrives looking flat or squashed, that's just the packing. Lofted beds are compressed for shipping. Tumble it on low or air-fluff for 15–20 minutes and it comes back to full shape: a shake and a day out in the room works too, just slower. Worth knowing before you decide it arrived wrong.
